Payment
We use Stripe and paypal to process our payments, and accept credit or debit cards. You can also pay by bank transfer. If you are interested in paying by this method, please email jo-ami@outlook.com. We now also offer Clearpay, where you can pay for Jo-AMI purchase over 3 instalments with no interest.
Delivery
While we aim to have products in stock at all times, Jo-AMI may sometimes have to make your order up, So it may take 2-3 days to process your order. More information about how much time to allow is available in the individual product description. Most of our products are made to order and usually take 1-2 weeks to be made, finished and sent out.
We send our products out via Royal Mail either 'Signed For' First Class, a service that requires a signature upon arrival, and normally takes 1-2 days or 2-3 days. We also offer a click and collect service for local Dundee orders. These can be picked up from my studio: 408 Meadowmill, West Hendersons Wynd, Dundee, DD1 5BY, we will be in touch when your order is ready to arrange a pick up time.
Returns
To return an item, please contact Jo-AMI by emailing jo-ami@outlook.com
Jo-AMI hopes that you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery to you. Items must be in the same condition as sent in and still with originals tags. Your refund will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items. Please only send items via a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature on arrival, as it is considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it. Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-salable condition, we will refund or exchange the item. All returns are aimed to be processed within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. We are not responsible for any charges that may occur when receiving payments and you will be billed for postage of any exchange items, before the item is sent.
